“Use a bank? I’d rather die. “

Spoken like a true artist.  Sarah Cracknell’s voice (St. Etienne) has been featured in a spot for Lloyds banks for awhile now and that was a statement she made about her connection to the advertiser.  She talked to The Daily Record and has a few additional quips regarding banks, the condition of ‘pop’ music and a tidbit about a possible upcoming project.

Though she may not support the business, the exposure is ultimately what counts.

The track used in the advert will be released as a single February 4 on (Positiva Records) and you can see the full Mark Brown video by clicking here.

Going to have to pull out my copy of Foxbase Alpha this week.  😉
